Where Can I Serve?

Jesus told us, His disciples, to make disciples of all nations. One of the most important values of the church @ Myrtle Lake is our mission to the world. It begins in our own community, and spreads overseas, to every nation. Myrtle Lake members are involved in a variety of ministries from things as simple as guest services to international missions. This is a list of many of the ways you can serve the church, the community, and the kingdom!

Guest Services- Guest Services is one of the most important areas of service in our church. They are the smile and handshake that lets people know that they are coming to God’s house. Areas of service include child check-in, front door greeters, and car-to-door carts. This is a great way to get to know people both in and visiting. Sunday Morning Prayer- Having an opportunity to pray is always important and having a specific reason enhances our prayer experience. If praying in a concentrated way for a specific need is what you are looking to do, then every Sunday you can be a part of  praying that hearts will be softened, minds be transformed, and ears opened by the gospel of Jesus the Christ.
